Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be extended slightly.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Shipping Time
After processing, please allow an additional up to 14 business days for shipping and delivery, depending on your location and carrier delays that may occur.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays (for international orders), or carrier issues.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Hotslingz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost in transit.
