Hotslingz Return and Refund Policy

At Hotslingz, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of every piece we offer. To maintain our high standards and continue delivering bold, unapologetic fashion, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy on all custom orders.

 

All purchases made through Hotslingz are final sale. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any customer orders, including but not limited to:

  • Ordered incorrect size

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays

  • Custom or limited edition items

Please refer to our sizing guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have questions, reach out to our support team at HERE before purchasing.

Store Credit on Eligible Stock Orders

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. For stock items only (i.e., non-custom, non-sale, non-limited edition), we may offer store credit at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned in unworn, unwashed, and original condition with all tags intact.

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is approved by our team after inspection.

Once approved, you will receive store credit equal to the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping costs), valid for use on future Hotslingz purchases.

​How to Request Store Credit

To request store credit for an eligible stock item:

  1. Email Hotslingz Customer service within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back at your own cost within 5 days of approval.

Please note: Returned items without prior approval will not be accepted or credited.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

 

 

Hotslingz reserves the right to refuse any returns or requests that do not meet the above criteria.
